probably ~ (a guess); ~, right? (asking for agreement)
でしょう has two uses. (1) Guess: with falling intonation, it says something is probably true when you are not sure. It is common in weather forecasts and often goes with たぶん (probably). (2) Confirmation: with rising intonation, it checks that the listener agrees or knows, like "..., right?" or "isn't it?" The word before でしょう is in the plain form, but だ is dropped after na-adjectives and nouns: 雨でしょう, 静かでしょう.
明日は たぶん 雨でしょう。
It will probably rain tomorrow.
田中さんは 忙しいですから、たぶん 来ないでしょう。
Tanaka-san is busy, so I guess Tanaka-san won't come.
only ~ (しか is used with a negative)
Both mean "only." だけ simply limits something and can be used in a positive sentence: 百円だけ あります (I have just 100 yen). しか must be used with a negative form, but the meaning is still "only"; it adds the feeling that the amount is small or not enough: 百円しか ありません (I have only 100 yen). が and を may be dropped after だけ, and しか replaces が and を: 水しか 飲みません.
今朝は コーヒーだけ 飲みました。
This morning I only had coffee.

1今日は いい 天気です。空が ( )います。
Resposta: 3 晴れて
"The weather is nice today. The sky is clear." 曇り and 雪 are nouns, so they cannot come before います, and 強くています is not a correct form.
2明日は 雨が 降る( )。傘を 持って 行きましょう。
Resposta: 1 でしょう
"It will probably rain tomorrow. Let's take an umbrella." Add でしょう to the dictionary form to guess about the future. 降るです, 降るます and 降るました are not correct.
3今日は 風が ( )ですから、自転車は 大変です。
Resposta: 4 強い
"The wind is strong today, so riding a bike is hard." We say 風が強い for wind. 少し and たくさん are not used this way for wind, and 晴れるです is not correct.
4財布に 百円( ) ありません。
Resposta: 2 しか
"I only have 100 yen in my wallet." しか goes with a negative verb: 百円しかありません. だけ is used with a positive verb: 百円だけあります.
5冷蔵庫の 中には 水( ) あります。食べ物は ありません。
Resposta: 1 だけ
"There is only water in the fridge. There is no food." With a positive verb like あります, use だけ. しか needs a negative verb after it.
6今年の 冬は 雪が ( ) 降りました。毎日 雪でした。
Resposta: 3 たくさん
"This winter it snowed a lot. It snowed every day." 少し does not match 毎日雪でした, and 強い and 晴れる cannot come before 降りました.
7__ __ _★_ __。
Resposta: 4 晴れる
The order is 2→1→4→3: 午後は空が晴れるでしょう (The sky will probably clear up in the afternoon). Even if 空が comes first, the star is 晴れる.
8明日は 雪が 降るでしょう。
Resposta: 2 ゆき
雪 is read ゆき (snow) when used alone. The sentence means "It will probably snow tomorrow."
