Resposta e explicação

Resposta: 2 始はじまる予定よていです

'What time does the meeting start?' 'It's scheduled to start at two.' A meeting's schedule uses 予定. Meetings have no intentions, so つもり and 〜ようと思う are wrong, and the past 始まった does not fit.
