ရှင်းလင်းချက်
予定 is used for something already fixed on a schedule. It can describe your own plans and also events not controlled by anyone's feelings, such as meetings or trains. つもり is a personal intention, while 予定 is a set plan you could write on a calendar. With nouns, add の: 旅行の予定.

会議は 三時に 始まる予定です。
The meeting is scheduled to start at three.
新しい 駅は 来年の 春に できる予定です。
The new station is scheduled to open next spring.
来週は 家族と 旅行の予定です。
I'm planning a trip with my family next week.

Mr. Tanaka is not scheduled to come to today's party.
မှတ်ချက်
つもり cannot be used for things without feelings, such as meetings or trains. Say 会議は三時に始まる予定です, not 始まるつもりです.
