A you ni B means you do B so that the state A will come about. A is often a non-volitional verb like mieru, kikoeru, wakaru or naoru, a potential form, or a negative. Tame ni is used when A is the subject's own deliberate action; you ni is used when A is something that happens by itself or something someone else does.
後ろの 人にも 聞こえるように、大きい 声で 話して ください。
Please speak loudly so that the people in the back can hear too.
会議に 遅れないように、早く 家を 出ました。

Come to (be able to) ~; start doing ~
This shows a change from before. (1) Ability: with the potential form, something you could not do before, you can do now (oyogeru you ni natta). (2) Habit: with the dictionary form, something you did not do before, you now do (yoku taberu you ni natta). Both suggest a gradual change over time.

みなさん、こんにちは。リンです。今日は 私の 日本語の 勉強の 話を します。Hello, everyone. I'm Lin. Today I'm going to talk about how I studied Japanese.
日本に 来た とき、私は 日本語の 会話が ほとんど できませんでした。店の 人の 声は よく 聞こえましたが、意味が 分からなかったんです。When I came to Japan, I could hardly have a conversation in Japanese. I could hear the shop staff's voices clearly, but I didn't understand what they meant.
それで、習った 文法を 忘れないように、毎晩 教科書を 復習しました。So I reviewed my textbook every night so that I wouldn't forget the grammar I had learned.
それから、発音が きれいに なるように、毎朝 大きな 声で 練習しました。I also practiced in a loud voice every morning so that my pronunciation would become clear.
最初は よく 間違えましたが、少しずつ 話せるように なりました。At first I made a lot of mistakes, but little by little I became able to speak.
今は 店の 人とも 会話が できるように なりました。先週は 駅で、おばあさんに 道を 教えました。Now I can have conversations with shop staff, too. Last week, at the station, I showed an old woman the way.
でも、一つ 困って いる ことが あります。But there is one thing that troubles me.
最近は 夢の 中でも 日本語を 話すように なったんですが、夢の 中でも 文法を 間違えるんです。Recently I have started speaking Japanese even in my dreams, but I make grammar mistakes in my dreams, too.
みなさんも、毎日 少しずつ 練習して ください。ありがとうございました。Please practice a little every day, too, everyone. Thank you.

R1リンさんは どうして 毎晩 教科書を 復習しましたか。
Resposta: 2 習った 文法を 忘れないように

R2正しい ものは どれですか。
Resposta: 3 リンさんは 夢の 中でも 文法を 間違えます。
Near the end, Lin says she makes grammar mistakes even in her dreams. She could hear the shop staff, she can now talk with them, and at the station she showed the old woman the way.
1今日 習った 漢字を 忘れないように、家で 教科書を( )します。
Resposta: 3 復習
"So that I don't forget the kanji I learned today, I review my textbook at home." 復習する means to study again what you learned. The other words don't fit with 教科書を.
2窓を 開けると、外から 子どもの 声が( )。
Resposta: 1 聞こえます
"When I open the window, I can hear children's voices from outside." When a sound reaches your ears, use 〜が聞こえる. 聞く takes を, and a voice cannot be 見える.
3辞書で 分からない 言葉の( )を 調べます。
Resposta: 4 意味
"I look up the meaning of words I don't know in the dictionary." You look up a word's 意味 (meaning). The other choices make no sense here.
4後ろの 席からも 見える( )、大きな 字で 書きました。
Resposta: 2 ように
"I wrote in big letters so that it can be seen even from the back seats." With verbs you can't control, like 見える, use ように for a purpose, not ために.
5日本に 来て 一年、漢字が 読める( )なりました。
Resposta: 1 ように
"One year after coming to Japan, I became able to read kanji." Potential form + ようになる shows a change: something you couldn't do before, you can do now.
6前は なっとうが 食べられませんでしたが、今は( )。
Resposta: 4 食べられるように なりました
"Before, I couldn't eat natto, but now I can." 食べられるようになりました shows the change. 1 and 2 say the opposite, and 食べたようになる is not a correct form.
7毎朝 発音を 練習します。
Resposta: 3 はつおん
発音 is read はつおん (pronunciation). The sentence means "I practice pronunciation every morning."
8友だちと かいわを 楽しみました。
Resposta: 2 会話
かいわ is written 会話 (conversation). The sentence means "I enjoyed a conversation with my friend."
