In the hot season, even bread and fruit may spoil if left at room temperature.

That's where freezing helps. Today's frozen foods are good quality for their reasonable price, and they are a great ally on busy days.

When choosing, take a look at the label on the back of the bag. It shows the ingredients and where the food was made.

Also, the best-before date is the date until which the food tastes good, and it doesn't mean the food becomes inedible right after it passes.

However, food that has been opened or not stored properly may go bad even before that date.

In fact, you can freeze bread too.

If you wrap each slice and freeze it, you can just toast it straight from frozen and it tastes as good as on the day you bought it.
