Explanation
A だけでなく B (も) means not only A but also B. The second part often has も or まで. It attaches to nouns, verbs and adjectives; na-adjectives keep な (静かなだけでなく). In casual speech, people say だけじゃなく.

Not only the taste but also the price is why this restaurant is popular.

Notes
はもちろん goes after nouns and implies A is obvious. だけでなく also works with verbs and adjectives and has no such implication.
