Regardless of ~
Means "no matter how N is"; what follows does not change. Common phrases are 理由のいかんにかかわらず and 結果のいかんにかかわらず. It is very formal and appears in notices, rules, and contracts. いかんによらず and いかんを問わず mean almost the same.
理由のいかんにかかわらず、一度支払われた料金はお返しできません。
Regardless of the reason, fees once paid cannot be refunded.
経験のいかんにかかわらず、やる気のある方を歓迎します。

Undaunted by ~; in defiance of ~
Means facing a difficulty such as an injury, opposition, or bad weather without being stopped by it. The speaker uses it to admire someone else's brave action, rarely for themselves. The second half describes an actual action or result, never a command, request, or intention.
選手たちは強い風をものともせず、最後まで走り続けた。
Undaunted by the strong wind, the runners kept going to the end.
彼女は周囲の反対をものともせず、自分の店を開いた。
Ignoring the objections of those around her, she opened her own shop.
