Formação
- V辞書形 + ついでに
- Vた形 + ついでに
- N + の + ついでに
Explicação
AついでにB means that A is the main purpose, and you take the chance to do B as well. B is usually a small extra task. Use the dictionary form for something you are going to do (行くついでに) and the た-form for something already done (行ったついでに). Nouns take の, as in 買い物のついでに.
Exemplos

Observações
The main purpose must be A, not B. Dropping の (散歩ついでに) is a casual form used mainly in conversation.

Resposta e explicação
Resposta: 2 ついでに
"Since you're going to the station now anyway, could you buy some bread?" ついでに fits. たびに means "every time," which does not match a one-time request with 今から, and 最中に needs 〜ている or a noun, so they do not fit.
2散歩( )、コンビニで飲み物を買った。
Resposta e explicação
Resposta: 4 のついでに
"While I was out for a walk, I bought a drink at a convenience store." After a noun, use N + の + ついでに. で, な, and を are not used.

Resposta: 3 有名な
The correct order is 2→4→3→1: 京都に行ったついでに有名なお寺を見てきました ("When I went to Kyoto, I also visited a famous temple.") 有名な goes in the ★ slot.
