Explicação
こそ follows a noun and stresses that it is this one thing and nothing else. It often shows strong feeling or determination, as in 今年こそ (this year for sure). The reply こちらこそ (the same goes for me) is also this use. With から, からこそ emphasizes a reason: it is exactly because of this that something happens.

Observações
こそ is usually used to stress something good or important. からこそ is stronger than ので and carries the speaker's feeling.
