ရှင်းလင်းချက်
Picks two aspects of something and evaluates the whole: "whether you look at X or Y." The second half is the speaker's evaluation, such as wonderful or terrible. It works for good and bad evaluations, but not for plain facts, actions, or requests.

မှတ်ချက်
Unlike 〜も〜も, it is used only for the speaker's evaluation. 〜にしろ〜にしろ and 〜であれ〜であれ mean "either way" and carry no evaluation.
