If ~ (is the case), things won't go well
Means "if someone is in such a state / behaves like this." It is always followed by a negative result or judgment such as "cannot ~", "~ is impossible", or "that's a problem." It is used to criticize or warn about someone's behavior or attitude. In speech, 〜ようじゃ is also common. A positive result never follows.

(2) N + なくして(は) means "if there were no ~," followed by a negative such as "impossible," stressing how essential ~ is. Both are formal and mostly written.

I'm sorry... That's the third time this week. I am trying to be careful, though.
If you keep repeating the same mistake, you can't call yourself a professional. Please be aware that just "being careful" is not enough.
Yes. But I don't know what to do... I also thought that always asking you might be relying on you too much.
Asking isn't being self-indulgent. Moving ahead with work without checking is far more dangerous.
I was the same when I was new. That's why I made a checklist to look at before sending.
So you had a period like that too, Ms. Sato. Even though you're good enough to be chosen to train new staff.
Without building up small tricks like that, you can't work independently. Let's take it step by step.
Understood. I'll use a list from today. ...Um, by the way, Ms. Sato.
Yes?

Ali says Sato's email said "I'm attaching the document" but nothing was attached. So Sato made the same mistake herself. The client did contact them, so 2 is wrong.
