- Nする → N + の + 仕方(例: 勉強の仕方)
Explanation
Add 方 to the masu-stem of a verb to make a noun meaning "the way of doing ~" or "how to ~". Because the result is a noun, the object particle を changes to の (漢字の読み方, not 漢字を読み方). For する verbs like 勉強する, use 勉強の仕方. It can also describe someone's manner, as in 話し方 (way of speaking).

Notes
漢字を読み方 is a common mistake; use の before the noun form. For する, the usual form is 仕方 (勉強の仕方).
