This strongly denies a possibility: "Considering the reasons, there's absolutely no way ~." It carries the speaker's strong feelings and is often used with こんなに, あんなに, or そんなに. Compared with わけではない ("not necessarily"), the denial is much stronger.

There's no way a new hotel in front of the station is that cheap.
日曜日の動物園が 静かなわけがない。
There's no way the zoo is quiet on a Sunday.

That shop is open every day, so there's no way it's closed today.
注意
In casual speech が is sometimes dropped (わけない). It means almost the same as はずがない, but わけがない sounds more emotional and is common in conversation.
