Ali says he set the alarm but carelessly set it for seven in the evening. He did not forget to set it, so 1 is wrong. The TV is only mentioned because he thought the alarm was the TV's sound.
Ali says that when he arrived, they had already started cleaning up. The teacher laughed instead of getting angry, so 2 is wrong.
My name was suddenly called, and I hurriedly stood up. 慌てて describes doing something in a flustered hurry. The other words do not connect with 立ち上がった.
Although I read the manual to the end, I didn't really understand how to use it. 〜ものの means although, and the result is different from what you'd expect. The other choices express reasons, so they do not fit.
Listening to loud music late at night causes trouble for the neighbors. 迷惑がかかる means to cause trouble or inconvenience. 言い訳, 寝坊 and 信頼 cannot be used with がかかる.
A: Why were you late? B: I'm sorry. The roads were very crowded, you see. ものだから / ものですから explains a reason or makes an excuse. ものの means although, so it does not fit.
If we hurry, we might still make the nine o'clock bus. 間に合う means to be in time. The other verbs do not go with バスに in this meaning.

寝坊 is read ねぼう (oversleeping), with a long ぼう. The sentence means "I overslept and was late for work."
I bought a concert ticket, but I was so busy with work that I couldn't go. For something that already happened, ものの follows the た form: 買ったものの means although I bought it. 買って and 買い cannot attach to ものの, and 買う does not fit a sentence about the past.
I carelessly mixed up the sugar and salt, and the coffee became salty. うっかり describes a careless mistake. 慎重に (carefully), 適度に (moderately) and 積極的に (actively) do not describe making a mistake.
