There's no reason to ~; ~ is not warranted
Means "it is not worth ~" or "~ is not called for". It is used with words for reactions or judgments such as 驚く (be surprised), 感心する (be impressed), 悲観する (be pessimistic) and 責める (blame). It often follows a reason, saying that a certain reaction is unjustified.
彼は毎日練習していたのだから、優勝したのも 驚くにはあたらない。
He practiced every day, so it is no surprise that he won.
一度失敗したくらいで、そう 悲観するにはあたらない。
There's no need to be so pessimistic just because you failed once.
There's no need to (go as far as to) ~
Means there is no need to bother doing something because the matter is minor or obvious, as in 医者に行くまでもない (no need to see a doctor). 言うまでもない (it goes without saying) and 言うまでもなく (needless to say) are very common set phrases.
健康が何より大切なのは 言うまでもない。
It goes without saying that health matters more than anything.
この程度の修理なら、専門家を 呼ぶまでもない。
For a repair this simple, there's no need to call in a professional.
