ရှင်းလင်းချက်
Means "is decided by N / depends on N." At the end of a sentence use 次第だ (it depends on your effort); mid-sentence use 次第で (decide the plan depending on the weather). 次第では means "depending on N, (something) may happen," pointing to a possibility in certain cases.

次第に is a different word meaning "gradually." Also, という次第です is a formal way to explain circumstances ("that is how it is"), not "depending on."
