when/if ~, then ~ naturally or always happens
(1) A と B means that whenever A happens, B follows naturally. It is common for nature, how machines work, directions and habits. B cannot be a request, invitation or wish (〜てください, 〜ましょう, 〜たい). (2) With a past-tense B, A と、B た describes something you found or noticed when you did A.

春に なると、桜が 咲きます。
When spring comes, the cherry blossoms bloom.
if ~; when ~ (after ~ happens)
(1) A hypothetical 'if': お金があったら (if I had money). (2) 'When/after' something that will surely happen: 仕事が終わったら (when work is over). Unlike と, the second clause can freely be a request, invitation, wish or intention. It is the most common conditional in conversation.
仕事が 終わったら、飲みに 行きませんか。
When work is over, would you like to go for a drink?
お金が あったら、世界を 旅行したいです。
If I had money, I'd like to travel around the world.
マリアすみません。市の 図書館は どこですか。Excuse me. Where is the city library?
田中図書館ですか。この 道を まっすぐ 行くと、大きい 交差点が あります。The library? If you go straight along this road, there is a big intersection.
マリア交差点ですね。An intersection, right.
田中はい。そこで 信号を 渡って、左に 曲がると、川と 橋が 見えます。Yes. Cross at the traffic light there, and when you turn left, you'll see a river and a bridge.
マリア橋を 渡るんですか。Do I cross the bridge?
田中はい。橋を 渡ったら、右に 図書館が 見えます。川の 向こうの 角に ある 白い 建物です。Yes. After you cross the bridge, you'll see the library on your right. It's the white building on the corner across the river.
マリアちょっと 遠いですね。歩いて 何分ぐらいですか。It's a little far. About how many minutes on foot?
田中十五分ぐらいです。あ、私も 今から 図書館へ 行きます。いっしょに 行きましょう。案内しますよ。About fifteen minutes. Oh, I'm going to the library now too. Let's go together. I'll show you the way.
マリア本当ですか。図書館が 好きなんですか。Really? Do you like the library?
田中ええ、まあ…。実は、そこで 働いて いるんです。Well, yes... Actually, I work there.

Tanaka says it is the white building on the corner across the river. You cross the bridge after the intersection.

"This road has a lot of cars, so please be careful when you cross." 渡る means to cross to the other side. The other verbs do not fit.

"The bank is on the corner of that intersection." Buildings stand on the 角 (corner) of an intersection.
3晴れた 日は、この 窓から 富士山が( )。
Answer: 1 見えます
"On sunny days, you can see Mt. Fuji from this window." 〜が見えます means something is visible. 見ます, 見せます and 見つけます take を, not が.
4日本へ 来た 友だちに 京都を( )しました。
Answer: 3 案内
"I showed my friend who came to Japan around Kyoto." 案内する means to guide someone around a place.

Answer: 2 押すと
"When you press this button, water comes out." Dictionary form + と shows a natural, automatic result: 押すと.
6駅に( )、電話して ください。
Answer: 3 着いたら
"Please call me when you get to the station." When the second part is a request like 〜てください, use たら. と cannot be followed by a request.

Answer: 1 と
"When spring comes, the cherry blossoms bloom." Use と for things that always happen. たら must attach to the ta-form (なったら), so なるたら is wrong.
8あの 信号を 右に 曲がって ください。
Answer: 4 しんごう
信号 is read しんごう (traffic light). Note the voiced ご and the long う. "Please turn right at that traffic light."
