Have no choice but to ~
Means one has no choice but to do something one does not want to do or had not planned, because of the situation. Remove ない from the ない-form and add ざるを得ない (行かない → 行かざるを得ない). It is more formal than 〜しかない and common in writing and business. It is also used for reluctant judgments, as in 認めざるを得ない.

If the manager asks me directly, I'll have no choice but to accept.

Can't help doing ~
Means one's feelings are so strong that one cannot hold back and ends up doing something. It is often used with actions that come from emotion, like laughing, crying, saying or buying. Remove ない from the ない-form and add ずにはいられない; する becomes せずにはいられない. 〜ないではいられない has the same meaning. Unlike 〜ざるを得ない (forced by outside circumstances), the cause here is an inner feeling.

October 5, sunny
Today I was finally able to go to the outdoor concert I was supposed to attend last month.
Last month, heavy rain the day before turned the lawn at the venue into something like a pond, so I heard the organizers had no choice but to cancel the concert.
The notice said, 'Putting safety first, we decided to cancel. The event will be postponed.'
Under those circumstances, it couldn't be helped. But I was so disappointed that I couldn't help sending a complaining message to a friend that night.
And then today. The sky was clear, and the lawn was completely dry.
When the last song began, everyone at the venue went quiet.
As I listened to the song, I couldn't help crying. Even when I tried to hold back, it was impossible.
It's been a long time since I was this moved. When the song ended, I stood up and applauded without thinking.
On the way home, I sent the same friend a message: 'I'm so glad they postponed it!'
The reply was just one line: 'That's completely different from what you said last month.' I have to admit that's true.
