해설
Both come at the very end of a sentence and show the speaker's attitude. ね is used when the speaker and listener share the same information or feeling: it invites agreement (いい 天気ですね, "Nice weather, isn't it?") or checks something (三時ですね, "Three o'clock, right?"). よ is used to tell the listener something you think they do not know, or to call their attention to something: バスが 来ましたよ ("The bus is here!").

A: Nice weather today, isn't it? B: Yes, it is.
A: The test is next Monday, right? B: Yes, that's right.

주의
Do not add ね when you answer a question about yourself (A: お国は どちらですか。 Saying よ strongly or too often can sound pushy, especially to teachers or superiors.

A and B are looking at the same photo. A says "This mountain is beautiful, isn't it?" and B agrees. When both people share the same feeling, ね is used. よ gives information the listener does not know, and か asks a question, so neither fits here.

A says "Please get up. It's already eight o'clock!" B is surprised, so B did not know the time. よ is used to tell the listener something new or to call attention to it. ね would mean B already knows, and か would make it a question.
