해설
〜し、〜し lists two or more points that go in the same direction, with the feeling of "and what's more." Use it to list good (or bad) qualities of a person or thing (安いし、おいしいし) or to give several reasons for a conclusion. The particle も is often used with it (お金もないし、時間もないし). A single し suggests that there are other reasons too. In polite speech, 〜ますし and 〜ですし are also possible.

주의
な-adjectives and nouns need だ (not 便利し but 便利だし). Usually the points listed go in the same direction; mixing a good point and a bad point (この店は安いし、おいしくないし) sounds unnatural.

정답과 해설
정답: 1 近いし
"This apartment is close to the station, and it's new too, so it's very good." An い-adjective takes し directly in its plain form: 近いし. だ is not added to an い-adjective, and the い cannot be dropped or changed to く.
2佐藤さんは 歌も ( )、ピアノも 弾けるし、すごいですね。
정답과 해설
정답: 3 上手だし
"Sato-san is good at singing and can play the piano too. Amazing, isn't it?" 上手 is a な-adjective, so だ is needed before し: 上手だし. し cannot attach directly to 上手, and な or の is not used here.
3この 町は 静かだし、物も 安いし、( )。
정답과 해설
정답: 4 ずっと ここに 住みたいです
"This town is quiet, and things are cheap too, so I want to live here for a long time." 〜し、〜し lists good points here, so the conclusion must match them. The other three choices are negative conclusions and do not fit the reasons.
