Far from ~ / let alone ~
Two uses. (1) "Far from ~": the actual result is the opposite of what was expected (it got worse instead of better). (2) A どころか B も: "not only A, but not even B" — B is something easier or more basic, often marked with も or さえ. Both show surprise or dissatisfaction.
薬を飲んだのに、風邪は 治るどころか、ますますひどくなった。
I took medicine, but far from getting better, my cold got worse and worse.
予約したホテルは静かどころか、一晩中外の車の音がうるさかった。
Far from being quiet, the hotel I booked was noisy with traffic all night.
This is no time for ~ / in no position to ~
Means there is something more important or serious going on, so you are in no situation to do ~. It is often used when there is no room for fun or ordinary activities. In speech it becomes どころじゃない, and for the past, どころではなかった.
明日は大事な試験だから、映画どころではない。
I have an important exam tomorrow, so this is no time for a movie.
仕事が山のようにあって、昼ご飯を 食べるどころではなかった。
I had a mountain of work, so I was in no position to eat lunch.
田中佐藤さん、顔色が悪いですね。年末は休みが取れそうですか。Sato, you look pale. Do you think you can take some time off at the end of the year?
佐藤休みを取るどころか、毎日残業だよ。締め切りに追われて、昨日は徹夜したんだ。Far from taking time off, I'm working overtime every day. I'm swamped with deadlines, and yesterday I stayed up all night.
田中徹夜ですか。だからそんなにぐったりしているんですね。All night? That's why you look so worn out.
佐藤今週中にこの仕事を全部片付けないといけなくて、ほかのことを考える余裕がないんだ。I have to finish all this work by the end of the week, so I have no room to think about anything else.
田中じゃあ、金曜日の忘年会はどうしますか。Then what about the year-end party on Friday?
佐藤忘年会どころじゃないよ。悪いけど、今年は欠席させてもらうね。This is no time for a year-end party. Sorry, but I'll have to skip it this year.
田中そうですか、残念です。でも、一つ困ったことがあって……。I see, that's a shame. But there's one problem...

田中今年の忘年会の幹事、佐藤さんですよね。お店の予約はもうしてありますか。You're the organizer of this year's party, aren't you? Have you already booked the restaurant?
佐藤あっ、すっかり忘れてた……。これじゃ、仕事が減るどころか、また増えたよ。Oh no, I completely forgot... So far from having less work, I now have even more.

締め切り is the deadline for handing something in. "The report is due at noon tomorrow." The other words do not fit with "noon tomorrow."

仕事に追われる means being swamped with work. "I'm swamped with work every day and have no time for hobbies." The other verbs do not take the form 仕事に~.

Nどころではない means there is no room at all for N in a difficult situation. "I have a fever of 39 degrees, so traveling is out of the question." っこない attaches to a verb stem, not a noun.

After やせるどころか comes the opposite of losing weight. "I started a diet, but far from losing weight, I gained three kilos." 1, 2 and 3 all say the person lost weight.
