Just because ~ (doesn't mean ~)
Means that one reason alone is not enough to conclude or justify something. The second half is negative, such as とは限らない, わけではない, わけにはいかない or てはいけない. It is often used to correct a common assumption or someone's judgment. In casual speech it becomes
Just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's good quality.
Just because someone is Japanese doesn't mean they can use honorific language well.
Precisely because ~
Strongly emphasizes a reason: it is precisely this, and nothing else. The sentence often ends with のだ or のです. It is also used to present a reason that goes against common expectations, such as 忙しいからこそ休む (I rest precisely because I'm busy). The reason is one the speaker sees as important; it is not used for excuses.
It's precisely because my family supported me that I was able to keep going this far.
Precisely because I'm busy, I make sure to relax on my days off.
Many people, when they hear that a food is healthy, probably want to eat nothing but that food.
A friend of mine heard that natto is good for you, and ate natto at every meal for a month.
But just because something is healthy doesn't mean it's good to eat only that. Your nutrition becomes unbalanced.
In fact, my friend later felt unwell, and the doctor apparently told him to eat a wider variety of foods.
What matters is not a special food, but small daily habits.
For example, cutting back on sweets and alcohol, moving your body moderately, and getting enough sleep.
These are all obvious things, but precisely because they are obvious, they are hard to keep up.
And it is precisely because you keep them up every day that they help you stay in good condition.
Going to bed early for just one night doesn't mean you'll feel better right away.
By the way, that friend has now decided to eat just one pack of natto, only at breakfast.
It's precisely because it's one pack a day that it tastes good every morning, he says, looking much happier than before.
