Explicación

らしい has two uses. (1) Apparently: a conclusion based on something heard or read (apparently a new café will open). The information feels more secondhand than with ようだ. (2) After a noun: typical of, having the real qualities of (spring-like weather, child-like). In use (2) it conjugates like an i-adjective: らしく, らしくない.

Ejemplos

  • 駅えきの 前まえに 新あたらしい カフェが できるらしいですよ。

    Apparently a new café is opening in front of the station.

  • あの 店みせの ラーメンは とても 有名ゆうめいらしいです。

    Apparently the ramen at that shop is very famous.

  • 今日きょうは 暖あたたかくて、春はるらしい 天気てんきですね。

    It's warm today, real spring weather.

  • 子こどもたちが 外そとで 子こどもらしく 元気げんきに 遊あそんで います。

    The children are playing energetically outside, just as children should.

Notas

春のような天気 is weather like spring even though it isn't spring; 春らしい天気 is weather that shows the typical qualities of spring. 〜らしくない means unlike the usual ~.
