Explicación
A ば B states the condition A that is needed for B. It is common for general truths and for what will happen. どうすればいいですか is a set phrase for asking advice. When A is an action verb, B should not be a request or invitation, but this is fine when A is a state such as ある or an adjective.

Notas
いい becomes よければ, not いければ. 〜なければ means 'if (you) don't ~'. For a one-time event meaning 'after ~ happens', 〜たら is more natural.
