Explicación
Means "if someone is in such a state / behaves like this." It is always followed by a negative result or judgment such as "cannot ~", "~ is impossible", or "that's a problem." It is used to criticize or warn about someone's behavior or attitude. In speech, 〜ようじゃ is also common. A positive result never follows.

こんな簡単なミスを繰り返すようでは、大事な仕事は任せられない。
If you keep repeating such simple mistakes, I can't trust you with important work.
地図を見ても駅に行けないようでは、一人旅はまだ無理だね。
If you can't get to the station even with a map, traveling alone is still too much for you.

Notas
The second half must be negative. You cannot say 早く起きるようでは、気持ちがいい. For a neutral condition, use 〜なら or 〜たら.
