好き (like), きらい (dislike), 上手 (good at) and 下手 (bad at) are na-adjectives. The thing you like or are good at is marked with が, not を. The person is marked with は: 私は魚が好きです. 大好き means like very much. Before a noun, add な: 好きな食べ物 (favorite food).
例句
私は 日本の 料理が 好きです。
I like Japanese food.
マリアさんは 歌が 上手ですね。
Maria is good at singing, isn't she?
弟は 野菜が きらいです。
My younger brother doesn't like vegetables.
私は 絵が あまり 上手じゃありません。
I'm not very good at drawing.
注意
Do not say 料理を好きです; use が. 上手です is praise, so people usually do not use it about themselves.
