讲解
Means "a slight feeling of ~" or "somewhat in that state," usually about something unwelcome. Common examples: 風邪気味 (a slight cold), 疲れ気味 (a bit tired), 太り気味 (a bit overweight), 遅れ気味 (a bit behind). It works like a noun: 〜気味だ, 〜気味で, 〜気味の + noun, and 〜気味なので.
例句

注意
がち is about how often something happens; 気味 is about being slightly in a state now. 気味 is a little more formal than っぽい and is fine at work.
