Too ~ / do ~ too much
すぎる shows that an amount or degree goes beyond what is right. With verbs: do too much (食べすぎる); with adjectives: too ~ (高すぎる, 静かすぎる). It usually implies a problem and often appears as 〜すぎて, … (too ~, so …). It conjugates like a group II verb: すぎます, すぎて, すぎた.
昨日の 夜 食べすぎて、おなかが 痛いです。
I ate too much last night, and my stomach hurts.
この シャツは 私には 大きすぎます。
This shirt is too big for me.
Easy to ~ / hard to ~
Vやすい means easy to do and Vにくい means hard to do (a pen that is easy to write with, a road that is hard to walk on). やすい can also describe a tendency: gets dirty easily, breaks easily. Both conjugate like i-adjectives: やすくて, にくかった.
この ペンは 軽くて、とても 書きやすいです。
This pen is light and very easy to write with.
先生の 説明は いつも わかりやすいです。

ゆうとおばあちゃん、新しい スマホは どう?Grandma, how's your new smartphone?
おばあちゃん文字が 小さすぎて 読みにくいのよ。ボタンも 細かくて 押しにくいし。The letters are too small and hard to read. And the buttons are tiny and hard to press.
ゆうとここを 押すと、文字が 大きく なって 見やすく なるよ。If you press here, the letters get bigger and easier to see.
おばあちゃんあら、本当。これなら めがねが なくても 読めるわ。Oh, that's true. With this, I can read even without my glasses.
ゆうと写真も、画面を 指で 二回 たたくと 大きく なるんだ。Photos get bigger too if you tap the screen twice with your finger.
おばあちゃん複雑すぎて 覚えられないわ。紙に 書いて くれる?It's too complicated; I can't remember it. Could you write it down on paper for me?
ゆうと簡単だよ。分からない ときは、インターネットで 調べれば いいよ。It's easy. When you don't understand something, you can just look it up on the internet.

R1おばあちゃんは はじめ、スマホに ついて 何と 言いましたか。
เฉลย: 1 文字が 小さくて 読みにくい
At first Grandma says the letters are too small and hard to read. She says nothing about the screen size or weight.
R2ゆうとさんは どうして 最後に「見すぎないでね」と 言いましたか。
เฉลย: 4 おばあちゃんが 毎晩 夜中まで 動画を 見て いるから
Grandma says the videos are so fun that she watches until midnight, so Yuto worries about her eyes. The funny part is that at first Yuto was teaching her, but in the end she is the one using the phone too much.
1この ボタンを( )と、電気が つきます。
เฉลย: 2 押す
"When you press this button, the light comes on." You 押す (press) a button. 降る is for rain or snow, 売る means sell, and 泣く means cry.
2この 問題は 複雑じゃ ないので、すぐ できました。とても( )でした。
เฉลย: 4 簡単
"This problem wasn't complicated, so I did it right away. It was very easy." 簡単 fits. 大変 is the opposite, 親切 describes people, and 細かい is an i-adjective, so 細かいでした is wrong.
3スマホは( )を 指で さわって 使います。
เฉลย: 1 画面
"You use a smartphone by touching the screen with your finger." 画面 (screen) fits. You cannot touch a price, the temperature or the weather.
4手の( )で、スマホの 文字を 大きく しました。
เฉลย: 3 指
"I made the letters on my phone bigger with my finger." 指 (finger) fits. The other choices make no sense with 手の.
5昨日は ケーキを 食べ( )、おなかが 痛く なりました。
เฉลย: 4 すぎて
"Yesterday I ate too much cake and got a stomachache." Vます-stem + すぎる means doing something too much. The other forms do not explain the stomachache.
6この 本は 文字が 大きくて、読み( )です。
เฉลย: 2 やすい
"This book has big letters, so it is easy to read." 読みやすい fits. 読みにくい is the opposite, and the other forms do not fit the sentence.
7この 薬は にがくて、飲み( )です。
เฉลย: 3 にくい
"This medicine is bitter and hard to swallow." Bitter medicine is hard to take, so 飲みにくい fits. 飲みやすい and 飲みたい do not match にがくて.
8スマホの 画面が 割れて しまいました。
เฉลย: 1 がめん
画面 is read がめん (screen). The first sound is voiced: が. The sentence means "My phone screen cracked."
