व्याख्या
〜と思います gives the speaker's own thought. It has two uses: (1) an opinion or impression (この映画は おもしろいと思います, I think this movie is interesting), and (2) a guess about something you are not sure of (明日は 雨が 降ると思います, I think it will rain tomorrow). The part before と is in the plain form; な-adjectives and nouns need だ. In a statement, the person who thinks is the speaker ("I"). To ask for an opinion, say 〜を どう思いますか.

टिप्पणी
Do not use です or ます before と (× 行きますと思います → ○ 行くと思います). To say you think something is not so, the part before と is usually made negative: 来ないと思います (I don't think they will come).

1明日は いい 天気( )と 思います。
उत्तर र व्याख्या
उत्तर: 2 だ
"I think the weather will be nice tomorrow." Before と思います, a noun needs だ: いい天気だと思います. な, の and を cannot come before と here.
2この 問題は ( )と 思います。
उत्तर र व्याख्या
उत्तर: 3 難しい
"I think this question is difficult." An い-adjective goes directly before と思います in its plain form: 難しいと思います. だ is not added to い-adjectives, and 難しくて and 難しく are not plain sentence-ending forms.
3田中さんは もう 家へ ( )と 思います。
उत्तर र व्याख्या
उत्तर: 4 帰った
"I think Tanaka-san has already gone home." The part before と思います must be in the plain form. With もう (already), the plain past 帰った is correct. 帰りました is the polite form, so it is not used before と思います.
