have just done ~ (it feels recent)
This shows that not much time has passed since an action. What matters is the speaker's feeling: even after days or months, you can use it if it feels recent, as in 先月来たばかり. It often appears as ばかりなのに (complaint) or ばかりなので (reason).
先週買ったばかりの傘をなくしてしまいました。
I lost the umbrella I had just bought last week.

I only came to Japan last month.
