ရှင်းလင်းချက်
This means you try or take care to do (or not do) something. You ni shite iru describes an ongoing habit or effort. You ni shite kudasai is a soft request: 'please make sure to ~'. You ni naru describes a change that happens, while you ni suru describes your own effort.

For my health, I make a point of eating vegetables every day.
寝る 前は スマホを 見ないように して います。
I try not to look at my phone before going to bed.
明日から 毎朝 六時に 起きるように します。

Please make sure not to be late for class.

Before you ni, use the dictionary form or the -nai form. Koto ni suru is a one-time decision; you ni suru is an ongoing effort.
