These words point to places. ここ is the place where the speaker is, そこ is the place where the listener is, and あそこ is a place away from both. To ask where something is, say N は どこですか; the answer can be as short as あそこです. When speaker and listener are in the same spot, both say ここ. こちら, そちら, あちら and どちら are more polite versions.
ここは 日本語の 教室です。
This is the Japanese classroom.
すみません、トイレは どこですか。
Excuse me, where is the restroom?
is not / am not / are not (negative of です)
This is the negative of N です: "is not / am not / are not." じゃ is the spoken short form of では, so じゃありません is common in conversation, while ではありません is more formal and is preferred in writing. When you answer a question with いいえ, it sounds natural to add the correct information afterwards: いいえ、学生じゃありません。会社員です (No, I'm not a student. I'm an office worker).
私は 学生じゃありません。会社員です。
I'm not a student. I'm an office worker.
A: これは リンさんの かさですか。
B: いいえ、私のじゃありません。

R1図書館は どこですか。
Answer: 3 ここです。
When Lin-san asks 図書館は どこですか (Where is the library?), Sato-san answers ここです (It's here). Over there are the cafeteria and the restroom.
R2リンさんと 佐藤さんは どこですか。
Answer: 1 図書館の 入口です。
Sato-san says ここは 図書館の入口です (This is the entrance to the library). So they are at the library entrance. The cafeteria and the restroom are over there.
1A:すみません、( )は どこですか。 B:トイレですか。あそこです。
Answer: 2 トイレ
A asks "Excuse me, where is the ( )?" B repeats A's word: トイレですか (The restroom?). So A asked about the restroom.
2A:図書館は ( )ですか。 B:あそこです。
Answer: 4 どこ
A asks "Where is the library?" and B answers "Over there." To ask about a place, use どこ (where). だれ asks about a person, 何 asks about a thing, and どの needs a noun after it.
3ここは 日本語の ( )です。私は ここの 学生です。
Answer: 3 学校
The sentence means "This is a Japanese-language school. I am a student here." A place for students that teaches Japanese is a 学校 (school). The other words do not fit.
4A:ここは 教室ですか。 B:いいえ、教室( )。食堂です。
Answer: 1 じゃありません
A asks "Is this a classroom?" B says いいえ and then "It's the cafeteria." So B says 教室じゃありません (It is not a classroom). じゃありません is the negative of です.
5ここは 食堂です。
Answer: 3 しょくどう
食堂 is read しょくどう (cafeteria). The sentence means "This is the cafeteria." Note the long vowel and the voiced sound in どう.
6A:リンさんは 大学の 学生ですか。 B:いいえ、( )の 学生じゃありません。日本語学校の 学生です。
Answer: 2 大学
A asks "Is Lin-san a university student?" B says いいえ, so B says 大学の学生じゃありません (She is not a university student). She is a student at a Japanese-language school.
7すみません、__ __ _★_ __か。
Answer: 2 どこ
The correct order is 3→1→2→4: すみません、トイレは どこですか (Excuse me, where is the restroom?). The star is どこ.
