Explicación
AばAほどB means "the more A, the more B." The same word is repeated: first in the ば-form, then before ほど. For な-adjectives, use 静かなら静かなほど or 静かであれば静かであるほど. The second part often describes a change, such as 〜なる or 上手になる.

The ば part can be dropped (勉強するほどおもしろくなる). と cannot replace ば in this pattern.
