คำอธิบาย
This shows that not much time has passed since an action. What matters is the speaker's feeling: even after days or months, you can use it if it feels recent, as in 先月来たばかり. It often appears as ばかりなのに (complaint) or ばかりなので (reason).

ข้อควรรู้
〜たところ is only for right after an action, but 〜たばかり can be used after a longer time. 三か月前に来たばかり is fine; 三か月前に来たところ is not.
