คำอธิบาย
Means from the point of view of a person or thing, and introduces an evaluation or judgment. It is followed by evaluative words such as important, difficult, convenient or welcome. Unlike に対して, it is not used for an action done to someone.

It cannot mark the target of an action (use に対して). For opinions, do not say 私にとって賛成です; say 私は賛成です.
