- N1 + の + N2
- N1 + の(N2 を言わない形。「N1 のもの」の意味)
ရှင်းလင်းချက်
の joins two nouns. In N1 の N2, the first noun describes the second, and N2 is the main noun. It shows the owner (私の 本, my book), the group someone belongs to (大学の 先生, a university teacher), the kind or content (日本語の 本, a Japanese-language book), and many other relations. When N2 is obvious, you can leave it out: 私のです means "It's mine."
