After doing ~ (first A, then B); since ~
A てから B means that A is done first and B is done after that. It stresses the order: "first A, then B." It can also mean "ever since A": 日本に 来てから、毎日 日本語を 勉強しています (Since I came to Japan, I have been studying Japanese every day). The tense of the whole sentence is decided by the last verb.
手を 洗ってから、ごはんを 食べます。
I eat after washing my hands.
宿題を してから、テレビを 見ました。
I watched TV after doing my homework.
Do ~, then ~ (actions in sequence)
This pattern lines up two or more actions in the order they happen, in one sentence. Put the earlier verbs in the て-form; only the last verb takes an ending such as ます, ました, たいです or てください. The tense of the whole sentence is decided by the last verb. Usually no more than two or three actions are joined this way.
朝 起きて、顔を 洗って、朝ごはんを 食べます。
In the morning I get up, wash my face and eat breakfast.
昨日は 友だちに 会って、いっしょに 映画を 見ました。
Yesterday I met a friend and we watched a movie together.
私は 毎朝 六時に 起きます。起きて、顔を 洗って、歯を 磨きます。I get up at six every morning. I get up, wash my face, and brush my teeth.
それから、シャワーを 浴びます。シャワーを 浴びてから、服を 着ます。Then I take a shower. After taking a shower, I put on my clothes.
パンを 食べて、コーヒーを 飲んで、七時半に 出かけます。I eat bread, drink coffee, and go out at seven thirty.
今日も 同じでした。七時半に 家を 出て、駅へ 行きました。Today was the same. I left home at seven thirty and went to the station.
駅は とても 静かでした。The station was very quiet.
あっ! 今日は 日曜日でした。Oh! Today is Sunday.
私は 家に 帰って、もう 一度 寝ました。I went back home and went to sleep again.

"Every morning I wash my face with water." You say 顔を 洗う. 磨く is for teeth, 浴びる for a shower, and 着る for clothes.

"After eating breakfast, I brush my teeth." You say 歯を 磨く (brush your teeth). The other verbs do not go with 歯.
3日曜日は 友だちと 町へ( )。
答案: 1 出かけます
"On Sundays I go out to town with my friends." 町へ shows a destination, so 出かけます (go out) fits. The other verbs are not used with 〜へ.

答案: 3 浴びて
"After taking a shower, I put on my clothes." ~てから follows the te-form. 浴びる is a ru-verb, so its te-form is 浴びて. 浴びって and 浴びんで are not real forms.

"In the morning I get up, wash my face, and brush my teeth." Actions in order are joined with the te-form. The te-form of 洗う is 洗って.
